Classic Amp from renowned Cambridgeshire Hi-Fi manufacturer, with 50W RMS per chanel. This is a high current design with a toroidal transformer and is able to drive your speakers as well (and as hard) as a typical Japanese amp with twice the power. It is used, boxed, and is in fair condition. There are some very small scratches on the top panel and one of the RCA inputs on the back panel is loose (it has 5 pairs of inputs). Also, there is a slight, audible crackle when adjusting the volume, but once set it sounds great with a rich and punchy sound. It works fine as is, but if desired somebody competent with a soldering iron could easily resolve the niggles detailed above. Brand new in box. Bought from John Lewis for 169.95 but selling for 95.
